Rangeland RV and Trailer Sales Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. This giveaway is open to Alberta residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Rangeland RV, King Cattle, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

  2. Proof of Alberta residency and age may be required to claim the prize.

  3. Entrants must scan the QR code at the Red Deer RV Show and provide their full name, email address, and phone number to complete registration.

  4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be discarded.

  5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  6. The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM on February 20, 2025.

  7. The closing date for entries is 11:59 PM on February 23, 2025.

  8.   9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event the prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

  10. The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries.

  11. The winner will be announced on March 5, 2025, via Rangeland RV’s Instagram page and contacted directly via email or phone.

  12. The winner must respond within three (3) business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected at random.

  13. Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

  14. By entering the competition, entrants consent to their name being used in promotional material related to this giveaway.

  15. Personal information collected will be shared with both Rangeland RV and King Cattle for marketing and promotional purposes.

  16. The promoters, Rangeland RV and Trailer Sales reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

  17. The promoters accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.

  18. By entering, entrants grant Rangeland RV and King Cattle the right to use submitted information for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity without additional compensation.
