Seals, awning, steps, tire wear, breaks, tail and turn signals, clearance lights and lens, Fire extinguisher, LP detector, CO2 detector, smoke detector, trailer coupler for condition and operation, batteries and cables for corrosion, waste water and fresh water for visible leaks, unit leveling/stabilization system for leaks and damage, shackles, leaf springs/shocks for condition/leakage, inspection of slide-outs for visible leaks and alignment. Roof seams and sealant for damage. Roof antenna for damage, roof vents and skylights for cracks or damage. Inspection of EPDM roof for proper treatment.

Recommended every 3 months inspection of all exterior seals including the roof, front, back and sides. If touch ups are required, customer will be quoted additional costs.

SealTech is the leading manufacturer of pressurized leak detection systems and can be used to eliminate with 100% certainty any potential sources of water leaks through leaky sealants. The system works by pressurizing the entire RV, and then an employee at the shop squirts a soapy water solution on the outside of the entire vehicle. Where there are bubbles, there’s a problem. Repairing the leaks will be an additional cost.

Drain freshwater tank and water heater; fill with anti-freeze; pump anti-freeze through water lines with water heater bypass already installed; includes up to 2 gallons of anti-freeze. Fill propane and visual inspection of roof seals.

Springtime means time to de-winterize your rv. Drain all the anti-freeze from the system. Refill the freshwater tank with potable water. Flush the system by turning on the water pump and opening all faucets. Allow the water to run until the water runs clear and all the antifreeze has been flushed. Fill water heater, reinstall anode and Pressure test water system for leaks. Visual inspection of all seals.
